Hi, I'm Emma
Having graduated with an Honours degree in English and Psychology, I spent much of the 1990s herding teenagers. By the early 2000s, I was part of a team leading CPD and improvement agendas for teachers in the North West of England.
When I relocated to France I got the time to connect with a large community in the animal protection world. From 2013, I have been working with dogs both within and beyond shelter settings. In 2020, I was certified by the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants having completed a number of courses to Level 6.
I now work across Europe in a range of environments with a range of learners, both in-person and online. I've been teaching online since 2010 and offering behaviour support since 2016. You can find more about me and my work through Woof Like To Meet, which focuses on rescue and rehomed animals, and Lighten Up Dog Training, which looks specifically at a range of canine behaviours that can be challenging for guardians to live with.
